Vitamin E May Prove Deadly

It is estimated that over 37 million Americans take vitamin E, but most never examine its safety. After all, it's good for the heart, right?  As there is conflicting investigate on this issue, answering this examine may prove challenging.

These Johns Hopkins researchers assert that an increased risk of death starts, when dosages start at 150 Ius and higher. In fact, 19 studies on this vitamin occurred in the middle of 1993 and 2004, spellbinding over 136,000 people. This investigate confirmed that when taken at doses of 400 Ius, the probability of death from any cause, is about 10 percent higher than in those not taking it.  But when taken at very high dosages, such as 2000 Ius, that risk increased to over  20 percent.

For example, it has been shown to be effective against strokes, cataracts, and diabetes. It also boosts immune theory response, and prevents blood clots from forming. Basically, at doses lower than 150 Ius, the answer to that examine is yes.
